My vision is to transform the world of work. I want to play a part in bringing the human element to every workplace and to intersect belonging, performance and purpose with profitability and potential.

Why? Because, put simply, I know the alternative. I lived the alternative. The moment I flipped the switch to human my focus shifted and my team achieved across a range of measures like never before.

Human Manager Academy is lived experience-based and scaffolded by theory and models. It contains pragmatic and practical tools and tips that create a space for immediate results for individuals, teams and organisations.

At the core of Human Manager Academy is my Educate, Experiment and Embed process. I want you to learn in the Academy, hence ‘educate’ but I want your learning to be in the spirit of experimentation. Experimenting is all about action, it’s putting into place behaviour that works best for us to deliver a whole new perspective on the world of work. Here’s the thing: being human doesn’t have to be overly complicated or complex. In fact, the simpler, the better, and the more likely to become every day practice, aka embedded in daily life. My 3E’s take humans from dependency to accountability within the broader goal of being a better human.

The Academy equips humans with the knowledge, skills and community to really embrace the combination of human and technical skills and behaviours. Best of all? It takes less than two hours to complete, it’s a bite-sized way to shed the armour and grow as a human being. Learning is just one feature of Human Manager Academy. It is also a community of humans cheerleading, connecting, collaborating and supporting each other’s growth and development as they embed and consolidate their human qualities into their everyday way of being.
